Karate Philosophy

“As I have got older I look more to the self defense of Karate, and not the sport Karate (although I will teach both if people are interested), I love the history of Karate, its roots and the older I get the more I discover. Shame I didn’t know what I know now when I was  in my mid 30’s.”

Other Interests

“Scuba diving, researching Karate and practicing Karate 🙂 “
